I'd go with at least 8gb of RAM.  If your not going to overclock (now, or in the future) I wouldn't get a z series MoBo

If anything, save up for a better graphics card because 2GB of VRAM isn't a lot and you'll find yourself wishing for more (personal experience). Just save up some more.

You may want to get a cheaper case, bump the hard drive up to 500GB, and bump the memory up to 8GB. The difference between 8GB and 4GB is night and day. Also 250GB just isn't that much, and it will get eaten up right away.
