More core voltage, 1.032v isn't a lot at. I'm not sure what the maximum safe voltage is for a 1st generation i7, but it'll definitely be higher than 1.032v. Keep an eye on your temperatures though, relatively small increases in voltage can make things really toasty, really fast.

With 1366 as you increase the core you also nee to keep an eye on the memory. And what is the voltage you set?

i know,  but i have my cpu watercooled also my chipst.  is aircooled. The thing is just used aidaextreme tested my mem instantly got an critical error!  Sorry for my bad english,  in a hour i will post full information about my cpu,  motherboard and memory.  I heard these cpu can easly go 3.8/4.0?

Here is the information needed i think to help me get this cpu overclock? :D
I just defaulted everything in bios so it would be easier for me to clock it.

Here's a LGA 1366 guide. Uncore Clock Ratio you can keep at X2 ram frequency, if you are on a Xeon do X1.8 ram frequency. 

You should consider picking up a Xeon... they make these old builds quite a bit faster...
