hey guys i have an pc with hdd. So i have decided to add an ssd to my build, so do i need raid support or anything such that? Or i can simply add ssd?

You can just add it. All you need it a sata cable and then plug it into the power in your powe supply same hookup system as a hard drive

I have an Anet A8 as my project printer and a i3 MK3 for when I want things to work.

I extrude my own filament and haven't saved a penny yet.

My PC:

Motherboard: MSI Z370-A Pro

RAM: G.Skill Ripjaws V (2x8GB) DDR4-3200

Make sure you've got some place to mount it on, like a SSD bracket. Their supposed to come with the case, at least that's what happened with mine.

Also can i just transfer my os to the ssd and let the rest files be on hdd?

Yaya no problem, just make sure everything runs fine by unplugging the HDD and leaving the SSD pluged in for a test boot when you've transfered Windows and stuff on the SSD. So that if there are some issues, you'll know them BEFORE erasing Windows and stuff from the HDD.

Sure just follow these instructions:

http://www.howtogeek.com/224342/how-to-clean-install-windows-10/

When it asks for normal or advanced setup just chose the one that doesn't delete files
