Why.. a 980+locked i5 will give more performance than a overclocked 6600k and a 970/390

If you're going to stream, you want to go with a Xeon E3 1231 v3 with 16GB of RAM. An R9 390X or R9 390 or GTX 970 should be fine for the GPU
