Ah, I see. The bottom half would be really good for Thin Mini ITX systems.

question is, would the bottom half be overclockable? if not unlocked multiplier then what about BCLK?

They have a locked multiplier.  BCLK overclocking would be the same as any other locked Haswell CPU.

Not sure if discrete advertisement or actual help. I know of the card though, and Thin Mini PCs have no PCIe compatibility.
