New PSU - recommendation

Hi,
I have this rig:
Intel Core i5-4460
Kingston HyperX Beast 8GB (kit 2x 4GB) 1600MHz CL9 XMP
MSI Nvidia GTX 970
MSI Z97 GAMING 5
Seagate Desktop HDD 1TB
Samsung SSD 840 EVO - 120GB, Basic

Because my old (1,5 year old) PSU start make noise -> bad fan, so I RMA it and because shop didnt return PSU in RMA period, so they give me back money. Now I need new PSU. The old PSU was: Seasonic S12II-620W 80PLUS BRONZE. I am thinking about 6XXW PSU with Semi-pasiv fan (in low voltage, fan will stop) and maybe modular PSU.

I was thinking about this 2 PSU:
Corsair RM650x 650W
Evga Supernova G2 650W

But you can advise me another PSU. Thank you for every comment.

Both the PSUs you're looking at are fine but you'll never be consuming more than 300W so get a 550W G2/GS instead

My account is almost entirely dormant. Hope you all are having a grand time. Many years of fun were had here.
