One slight problem here....

Go to solution Solved by brownninja97,

Im guessing you have the stock intel cooler. try manually spinning the fan, i had a problem like this once and after i got it to basically jump start it never had that problem again.

So I've just started building my first pc and like Linus suggests I made the motherboard bos my test bench. So I plug everything in and turn it on. The BIOS loads and everythings fine. But, the fan isn't spinning! It spins for half a second right when I press the power button on the motherboard and then stops. I'm worried about my cpu overheating, so can someone tell what's up? I'm on a asrock extreme4 motherboard with an i5 4670k with corsair vengeance 8gb memory single.
