All I can say is wow. This unit is so nicely built its insane. it is very heavy and feels really strong. the wires are very thick and very good lengths. its quiet as hell and runs at room temperature when with an overclocked system. The voltage ripple is very very low. So far my overclocks are much more stable then they ever where on my old PSU. i would seriously recommend this PSU to anyone who needs a 700 watt PSU. BTW its fully modular.

They are so easy to manage but they are very stiff and hard to bend.

Name brand psus tend to have a nice build quality in general. It's more common to get one that feels great more than not.

From what I've read it's like the only good power supply CM makes.

Yeah, that comment seem to be a huge exception for big brand names like Cooler Master and Thermaltake for many of their units. Cooler Master Silent line aren't bad though; however, their PSUs aren' texactly known to be good, when you think about their Elite Power, Extreme Power Plus, Extreme 2, and their Seventeam GX (the Enhanced-build GX was a bit better but wasn't too good either).

Anyways, with PSU segment at CM under new management (Phaedreus, past PSU editor of OCN, is the PSU Manager there), I have some expectation of them release some decent to excellent units in the future. The V series is a good example of that. There's going to be a new VS series from them as well (made by Enhance), where he is promising good things from it (of course, it is not intended to be as good as the V series)

awesome for a person of that status now running the scene at cm. His first psu to the market is exceptional and I hope he can carry that as much as possible down the price bracket.
