wondering if this game is only in russin? please help

It means that you can either select russian or english in the settings

i think steam always takes the language you selected when you installed steam.

Nope, All wrong.

 

This game can only be activated in russia and you will need an russian VPN to activate it.

That's why it says Russian VPN activated

ok i know that, if i do connect to a russian vpn to activate the code will i have to download the game while being connected to the russian vpn?

my friend said that if the game gets an update i will have to connect to a proxy to update or somthing like that is that true?

I dont believe so but I'm not sure because never did it before.
