video editing with low specs

I'm doing a challenge now to see how powerfull a small windows table with this processor: http://ark.intel.com/nl/products/87383/Intel-Atom-x5-Z8300-Processor-2M-Cache-up-to-1_84-GHz
and only 1972 MB of ram can perform doing video editing and other demanding tasks.
 

Does anybody know a low consuming program to edit video's with that doesn't require a ton of power to run?

In this case, I'm not sure which ones are less CPU/GPU/Resource intensive. I'm primarily an Adobe and DaVinci user.

Sony Movie Studio is a very lightweight program that's good for compositing footage, and not much more. That being said, for putting together some clips, color correcting, and a little bit of text work, it does a great job. It should run fine on the tablet, and even has a mobile-friendly UI.
