Hi just installed a new PC with a windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit, everything went smoothly until I started it up. It didn't recognize the flash drive which has the drivers on. I have some ideas on the problem. Basically I dont have the motherboard drivers because we don't have a disk drive just a USB port, and you see all the USB ports are 3.0 so without the drivers it wont read anything below 3.0.

This is the build.

no literally its a new PC no drivers and when I plugged in the USB drive it didn't say anything, went to computers didnt say anything. to be honest with you. we have a ssd and HD and the HD didn't even come up only the SSD. and the keyboard and mouse didn't work because they were USB. Until we did some tinkering and finally the HD came up but I still couldn't use my USB Device. And I am able to use the Keyboard and mouse for some reason.

Try reformating the USB to different formats, then try a different USB flash drive if that does not work. Is the flash drive 2.0 or 3.0? Have you tried resetting the BIOS?
