How fake do these look?

I found in Lightbox out of nowhere,ofc price looks fishy.

They are fakes, not real V-Moda's.

 

The cable is different, says V-Moda nowhere too.

I wish I could buy the actuall Crossfade wireless,The thing is im trying to find a good budget set of bluetooth over ear headphones under a 100 bucks,and its not really working out for me yet,becuase im useing an audio technica ATH-m50x(got anything close to that in Bluetooth?)
