So previously I was trying to get a 4k 42" 60hz monitor with gsync but one doesn't exist and I'm tired of waiting.

So I decided to drop the gsync feature from my spec list and that left the wasabi mango but a) they use rejected panels from lg that can come with up to 5 dead pixels, and b) they use lg panels which are made for tvs so they have the motion predictive stuff that makes games blurry so I might as well just get a tv with a working panel if I would consider a rejected tv panel.

So my hunt has left me with a 4k 60hz tv with a displayport connection and at least 42" but no more than 50". My budget is $800 usd. All suggestions welcome. (Also I would prefer it not to have any smart tv crap)

all tvs come with "smart tv crap" unless theyre a budget tv which you should not buy

but it doesnt matter if it comes with smart tv features because if you use the TV with your PC then you will never even need to touch it

it does not affect performance

the "motion blur" stuff can be disabled in the settings

for samsung tvs you just need to rename the input to "PC", idk about LG tvs

no tvs do not come with displayport connection

none of them do

you need to buy one with HDMI 2.0 and you need a GTX900 GPU to get 60hz
