GPU fan not spinning

So, I recently just built a new PC. Upon startup, the GPU fans spins for a few seconds, then stops. I don't know what the problem is. Any help? It's a GTX 950 by EVGA

Are you getting fairly high GPU temps? If you are below 60c, there is no need to worry. Many modern GPUs actually turn the fans off on lower loads to keep everything quiet. If you stress your GPU a little bit, your fans should spin properly.

Most if not all 950's put out so little heat at idle that they don't need the fan so it doesn't turn on. You're fine.

0 fan mode. it is perfectly fine. It will only start spinning when it is hot. Read up about the specification of your gpu and understand it more before asking everyone about something that actually writes on the product page very freaking clearly.

You literally spent more time being rude than actually answering the question, just saying...

Have you even tried putting some load on it? Unless it's above 60 degrees or uses more than 60 watts, you will be fine.

I need S340. But more Define S'ish
