Ok, so is it neciscariy to sheild headphone cables from interferance?

I just opened up a cable, and the only thing i saw around the wires was what looked like white tissue paper.

Is this sheilding? How does it do anything?

The cotton yarn?

That is to prevent the wires from moving around inside the cable

Well there apears to my no sort of sheilding in this cable, just the red, black, and white wires, and the cotton yarn

Its not the necessary with consumer grade equipment. Unless you listen to music with the microwave beside you or running 20 headphones on different channels beside each other.

Thats that. If you need to get in touch chances are you can find someone that knows me that can get in touch.

If I have my phone near the cable of my headphones, I can slightly hear the interference from the wireless connection.
