Fallout 4 bug

Hello,

 

So i managed to break my fallout 4 save...

Anyone know what i can do to fix this? it is the Fast Travel for the Institute the memory thing (where your waling in a brain) and my controller constantly viabrates. i dont want to revert to a previous save but i might have to...

 

i have waited for 10 minutes to see if anything changes but nothing
