I though it was the same, what a noob i am lol-the one that is better i guess-which has the strongest signal... :)

Hmm.. that has not gotten me any closer at narrowing down what you are looking for :P

Is it something like this: http://www.4gltemall.com/huawei-wingle-e8278-150mbps-lte-cat4-wi-fi-dongle.html

or is it something like this you need: http://www.linksys.com/us/p/P-AE2500/

Are you connecting to a router in your home (or want to) or do you not have internet at home at the moment?

Internet is different to WiFi and Ethernet. WiFi and Ethernet are ways to connect to the internet. Ethernet is the best connection method you can use compared to WiFi.

If you have a pcie space free you could get this http://www.amazon.co.uk/TP-LINK-TL-WDN4800-Wireless-Express-Adapter/dp/B007GMPZ0A/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1457274565&sr=8-1&keywords=wifi+pci

Or if you dead set on usb http://www.amazon.co.uk/ASUS-Generation-Dual-Band-Wireless-Adapter-x/dp/B00SFJA55S/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1457274607&sr=8-2&keywords=asus+usb+wifi+adapter

I don't have a good spot for ethernet, router is in living room and pc is in bedroom. So i have to wire all the house-long distance, so i thnik it is better for me to go for the usb.Does anyone know how can i see if my router is AC or N?And if i buy a ac usb and i have  N router, the usb won't work at it's full potentional?

What router do you have? Also Download wifi analyzer and use it to find out the signal quality for wifi where your computer is located. If it is not a good signal i would suggest a powerline kit,

The router wont support AC but does use N. If you have an android device dowload this. https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.farproc.wifi.analyzer&hl=en_GB&referrer=utm_source%3Dgoogle%26utm_medium%3Dorganic%26utm_term%3Dwifi+analyzer+android&pcampaignid=APPU_1_fkbcVv7QJIPoUoOWuIgD

Unlike speedtest it detects the signal strength instead of ping, download speed and upload speed. Jayztwocents done a video in analyzing wifi, check it out.

If i buy a ac usb wi-fi and my router is n type, any problem will appear?

Hard to say for sure :) (I dont know what you buy or if you encounter problems it is due to defective hardware or drivers)

But they are backwards compatible, so there should not be any issues, if the product you buy works as intended :)

what about powerline connection as a choice for wi-fi?

A power line kit would probably be the best option as you can also get ones that project a wifi signal aswell,
