Hey i just reformat my pc, and im using T9e Archer as a wireless network for my pc.

do i need to install the driver for my Lan network for my pc?

i know i need to install the T9e driver, but do i need to install the network for my internet cable where im not even using it, since im using the wireless card.

You dont need to install any drivers to hardware you are not using :)

 

But I would install it anyway as it does not really matter if it is installed or not - but if you are going to use Ethernet in the future, it is ready for you to plug something into :)

I would install it anyway... especially if you don't have a copy of that driver stored somewhere local. Because if something were to happen to the wireless card at least you could still use the LAN.

im never using the cable, because is too far. so i can just skip it right? the motherboard ethernet driver. right?

yeah, if you know for sure you'll never use it then skip it.. makes no difference to your pc, and to be honest depending on the OS it might install a compliant driver for it anyway.
