Laptop overheating.

My laptop has rcently become really wierd. Id just be watching a youtube video or local storage and it will be at 75- 85 degrees with the fan pegged out. I open task manager and find 60% cpu usage with notthing open. i dont know what the problem is but recenlty i ran my xbox with my laptop on top of it fogetting i was blocking the xbox intake and after about half an hour the underside of the laptop was EXTREMELY hot

Umm, you block exhaust of another device with intakes of your laptop. I would say do the math. Hot air going from place A to place B. Most likely also dust inside laptop.
