Best camcorder for video.

I want to get a camcorder. Here is what I need:

1) At least 1080p (1080p@60fps preferred)

2) Good image stabilization

3) On the fly focus adjustment and manual + auto focus

4) Ability to pause recording (Optional but preferred)

4) IR night vision (Not necessary) or good low light performance

5) A decent microphone

6) Able to take 120GB SD cards (Preferred but 64GB will do)

7) Well built

8) Long battery life (at least 2-4 hours RECORDING time)

9) Long optical zoom

I am on a very tight  budget of £300. Might be able to squeeze in £400 or £450. Maybe even £500.

I know this is a lot to ask but I am hoping someone can find one available in the UK.

Thanks.

Any within your budget, they all have nice on the fly AF, should record 60/50fps FHD, nice image stabilization, etc.  IR (night mode recording) might not be available with any of these models, you'd have to check online and do some searches. (Canon also makes nice camcorders, JVC, Panasonic, etc. all do.)

For manual focus, as these are consumer camcorders with integrated lenses it's not like they come with a control wheel for manually controlling AF.  There are some models that do come with it, like this Sony (see image) which uses a small control wheel just below and to the side of the lens.  Of course these models can be on the higher side of your budget.
