New triple monitor mount

Alright, I have a mount right now that screws onto my desk, but it's destroying the poor IKEA desk. I can notice that the monitors get lower and lower each day. I was wondering if you guys know about any really good desk mounts or wall mounts that wouldnt destroy my desk more. I have a budget of around $200. I'm currently using 3, 24" Acer panels. Thanks for the help in advance.

personally i built a bigger desk  out of some spare wood
