Weird networking problem.

So for the past couple of months (on new and old pc) my internet adapter has been acting weird. Sometimes it will just randomly drop off, other times it will go from flashing blue, to flashing blue and orange, to just flashing orange, and then staying orange and dropping connection. It is my internet adapter because my brother stays connected to the internet just fine with his adapter. When I use his my internet has no issues. Additionally, I have to flush my dns in the command prompt to load webpages sometimes.

 

I am running windows 10

The adapter is a NETGEAR WNDA3100 Dual-band adapter.

The router is a belkin AC750 dual band router.

Drivers are up to date on the adapter.
