Here is my original post. I have tried EVERYTHING I can think of short of a completely fresh install of OS and wiping all my drives. Somebody PLEASE help me. Its killing me. I dont have much time to game anymore and now the small amout of time I have I cant even enjoy. 

 

EDIT: Its happening in R6 siege as well. and I THINK it was happening in superhot, but im not sure.

I truly hope that helps, this is a very strange issue. Try switching the USB ports the mouse is plugged into maybe? I don't really know, you probably have already tried that though.

I saw that post when I played FO4. Strangely enough I didnt have any of those issues. There has to be someone here who has some clue as to what might cause it it,,,
