So i just got my HyperX Cloud II headphones and it seems that the audio is kind of flat and not enough bass this hurts my ears, My friends with the same headphones has the same problem, Any free software/drivers/programs to enhance the audio on my headphones? It needs more bass. My mobo is msi and has Realtek HD Audio but it will not detect USB audio

how does it hurt your ears?

having no bass should hurt your ears less

are you talking about the highs being too loud?

the reason it sounds flat is probably because the previous headphones you used had way too much bass and your ears had to adjust to that

Well I'm more used to having bass headphones, When i play csgo with these headphones shooting has a really high sharp sound it gives me goosebumps. I want to be able to feel the punch from the shooting. With these headphones i feel nothing but high pitch noise

I didn't know the lack of bass could hurt someone's ears...I'm guessing you're more used to bass oriented headphones then? I have a cloud I and it isn't flat at all. If you could explain more about why it hurts that would be great.

If you just got them you can return them. Do so, and get a headphone with more bass.

Most heaphones comes with driver utility so you can config the sound to your liking, but the cloud II doesn't and its prob the best fitting headphones for me so im just seeing if i get help finding a proper software i can config the sound to my liking
