How big of a cooler can your case take? Are you planning to overclock?

The stock cooler will be fine. It's not that loud, and it managed to keep mine at or below 75C when I had mine OCd to 4.2GHz at like 1.2 volts or something like that.

Sorry man that's not gonna happen. Case is too small, literally no other airflow. Just use the stock heatsink.

"CPU coolers up to 56mm in height"

I don't think you can put a heatsink big enough to passively cool a G3258 into a case with that height restriction. Maybe something like a Cryorig C7 with a conservative curve set for the fan to keep it quiet?

From Prolimatech's own site (emphasis mine):

"When equipped with a 120mm, Samuel 17 will not only cool your CPU efficiently but also the PC components around it, keeping your computer running smooth and stable."

It's not designed to be run fanless, it just isn't sold with a fan. The reviews on Newegg indicate that it's generally run with a fan attached. I'm not trying to be a jerk, but I'd rather not have the OP buy a cooler intended to be run with a fan, then run the CPU without one in a tiny case with poor airflow and wonder why he's pegging 85C at stock speeds.

I know it is not but all of the coolers the will fit will not work as well plus the stock cooler that intel gives is 60 mm which is too big for his case. this is the only way this could work

TBQH, if the logic is just to slap on a heatsink without its fan attached, lots of coolers come in under 56mm. I think the OP is much better served by buying a cooler with a fan known to be quiet and just running it at a very low RPM. I don't think that case has the airflow to support passive cooling of any suitable CPU, even a non-overclocked G3258.

It is a 53 watt CPU, the prolimatec cooler has no chance to keep it cool without a fan. The Zalman FX-70 will work fine even with no case fans at all. However, it won't fit into the case I assume. But it's smalest passive cooler that can get this job done. And I know a lot of them.

if he under volts enough it could work (not recommended)

With the closed stacked finns it will be good for about 30 watts. If he buyes a 35 watt CPU he will most likely get more perfrmance than a held back G3258. Sure you can limit the power draw of the CPU in the BIOS and with undervolting you don't lose to much performance. Still I personally would not use this combination.
