Windows 10 [Not Responding] Glitches

When I am using windows 10 I often come across some issues where the program instantly closes with no questions asked. Or the program flashes not responding like this: https://gyazo.com/b1cee4df6162f9e13d9d8070eec4cf93 or even just flicker when I click, e.g im in GTA V and it would flicker when i click, but if i click fast it will just close really quickly.

 

Any ideas I literally have no clue!

Honestly I would just reinstall Windows and see if that fixes the issue. I know it's annoying having to re-install everything but this is probably your best bet.

 

If that doesn't fix it there could be something wrong with your CPU or graphics card.

Is there any way i can reinstall windows while not touching any of my personal files?

 

I really don't want to have to do it. But at the end of the day if it means my computer is fixed ill redo everything.
