Posted March 3, 2016 After watching the new vid on Vessel, I went ahead and downloaded the SteamVR performance test and I think something's a bit wrong... It looks like the test isn't selecting my GTX 870M. It picks the Intel 4600 graphics instead. Does anyone know of a fix to this? I tried adding the VR program into Nvidia Control Panel and to select the Nvidia card instead but that didn't make a difference. Want to build yourself a NAS? Check here! Posted March 3, 2016 I just tried with my laptop (860m) and at first it didn't select it either, but you can use Nvidia Control Panel to make it use it, just go to Manage 3D settings -> Program Settings -> Add and select SteamVR (on my laptop it lists it as just VR). Posted March 3, 2016 BTW, at the end of the second test it still showed the iGPU as the one selected, but it did use the discrete one, with the iGPU I had horrible FPS, going as low as less than 20, and with the other one I got more than 60. The end results window grabs hardware information separately from the rendering test (the test runs in a different program than the results)
