Halp pc keep blod and is on loop

 help I cant get my computer to get out of the crash loop, 

SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED

 is what I keep getting all the time it restarts and gives this to me again and i cant even get to the repair login, i have already tryed to clear the cmos but that didnt help, any tips?
