osticket is complicated to use. is there any simple ticket system.  just the user create a ticket for IT dept. and the IT will respond to that ticker.

for example ticket 00001 description is unlock code 12345.

i found https://www.otrs.com/download-open-source-help-desk-software-otrs-free/ is good.. but i don't know how to install it.

am not good in linux..
