Can a Phanteks Eclipse P400S clear a Dark Rock 3 cooler?

A straight copy paste of what I posted in Cases and got no reply to:

 

The p400s windowed says it has 160mm of clearance and the be quiet! dark rock 3 says it is exactly 160mm... Will it fit or scratch the side? Or not fit at all?

The chance that it fits is about 50%. If they measured a little bit incorrect it won't fit, but you can try it.

If it even does fit, do I need to be concerned about heat from it eminating onto the side panel window? What could happen? I would return it if it made contact but if I can clear a few millimeters I would probably try it.

Well newegg just ran out of Dark Rock 3s.... I guess I'll just get a Dark Rock TF. I like the look of topflow coolers anyway
