Malwarebytes and Avast came up clean!

It is most likely an issue with Google Chrome fully reinstall chrome first uninstall it and if that doesn't work reinstall windows

That is one very convincing BSOD. Is that even malware or just a simple page that does nothing but looks intimidating.

Mom, is that you? It's a website.  If the programmers choose for it to display a random error message, it'll do that. It doesn't mean you have errors. You can make one too. Write lot's of scary stuff down and save as .html 

 

Or just close the notification and close the tab. Do not call that phone number!
