Also, can I see somehow what SATA(1,2,3) a SATA cable is ? Except of the packaging.

All sata cables are probably just 6 gb/s: http://www.pugetsystems.com/labs/articles/SATA-cables-Is-there-a-difference-97/

They are just labeled differently. It's cheaper to make the same cable and label them differently so people would buy them.
