I've noticed my phone (Samsung Galaxy Note 3, Verizon) is starting to severely lag during everyday processes, with only one or two applications running at a time. Previously, when I ran into this issue, I would use a startup manager to disable applications from starting with the device. This was when 1) I had root access, and 2) when I still remembered what application I used (I know it required root, but that's all I remember). Since root access doesn't appear to exist for the SM-N900V, I'm stuck to trying to find a non-root startup manager. Does anyone know if such an app exists, and if so, what it is? Links are helpful, especially in the case that it is a non-market application.

Thanks guys :P
