Page loading weird on PCMAG Help!

So let me kinda explain this, pcmag always update their page like top best monitor and headset and whatnot, for some reason i always load to the one i read like 1 year ago, new content wtill show up only 3 seconds and it jumps back to the old one. what is wrong with my google chrome?

Case: Phanteks Enthoo Evolve (Black)                RAM: 2x4gb Corsair Dominator Platinium 2133mhz  HDD: 1TB Seagate                                            Mouse: Logitech G502
OS:     Windows 10                                                      PSU: Corsair RM850i 80+ Gold                                          Motherboard:  AsusZ97 Pro Gamer              Keyboard: Vortex Pok3r 3
