LCD phone trouble

Does anyone know if this could lead to trouble? My phone fell out of my bag and a bat fell on it in the car with bags falling on it.  First I thought it was a little water, so I wiped it.  After 10 times I knew this happened.  I can put a pic on soon but my surface is dead and my phone is the one damaged.  Please help
