Hi 

I am waiting for new Gpu from nvidia (pascal)

And i am not sure what type of motherboard will the new gpu use

i will like to prepare my new pc for new gpu,

I am not sure if i can buy a new motherboard and a cpu

Any board with a PCIe 3.0 x16 slot will work. 

 

ie. any modern board.

ps: wasn't X58 the chipset Intel issued a recall on?
