Firstly i have a limit of under $1000AUD and a pc to do some gaming i have a  a screen resolution of 1920 x 1080 and i'm planning on 2 monitors but currently have only 1

I have a nearly identical setup. that 950 won't do for dual monitor unless you're only gaming in one. that cpu is a solid budget cpu. but yea, consider getting  a 960 with 4 gigs of vram, otherwise it looks good!

you can also get an OEM windows (not recommended if you want to upgrade anytime soon) for 20 USD, check out paul's hardware on youtube for the tutorial

id say if you want to go amd go A10 and go APU with good ram sticks until you get a decent gpu since the 2 gb vram wont do annymore and ik people dont prefer apus but they can preform decent

The best thing I could come up with was this for your price-range; sadly, 1000AUD (equivelant to about £500 over here in the UK) isn't really much to work with, and furthermore you won't really have any upgrade-path with this computer (the best FM2 APU, currently the 7870K, is basically an 860K with a better iGPU), but it'll get you started, to say the least.

 

If you're not in a rush, I'd say save up a bit more and go for an i5 4460 and respective LGA 1150 motherboard, atleast then you can go up to an i5 4690K, then an i7 4790K - plenty of room to budge.
