Went back to an older driver and stopped playing CS:GO. Runs any game just fine (LoL, Dota 2, Batman Arkhan City, 7 days to die)

Is it overclocking?

You should uninstall that program... It's not really optimizing anything....

16.1 was fine, but 16.2 has been giving me problems so far.

Black screen? You have to restart your PC to fix it? Sounds similar to me.
