I remember play Gmod in my intel atom 270n 2gb ram and intel gma 950.
so.. probably yes but don't expect high resolutions

my dads pc with a pentium e5200 and 9300 ge will run it but not great like 30 fps on a server cant remember what settings i think i was on all low
