Windows will not load..constant reboot

I have the i5 6600k, 16gb of corsair dominator 3000mhz ram, and nzxt kraken x61 on the Asus maximus viii hero alpha. I can get in bios and everything is detected, but when I try to boot into windows on my usb I get the preparing automatic repair and my comp restarts again and again in a loop. I've tried booting off another psu, a different mobo, with every configuration of ram (even a different kit) changed sata cable, and nothing works. I think it's the processor, any ideas on how I can confirm, or should I just rma it?

It could be a corrupt windows image, First I would try unplugging any mice and keyboards speakers etc. I have seen thouse cause problems in certian cituations that will cause the boot to hang and not load in.

Sounds like a corrupted Windows, though it could help if you gave more details. When it gets into the repair function, does it report what it finds? Or does it load into the Automatic Repair and then instantly reboot without warning/errors?

 

For now: pop in your Windows install disc and boot into it to start the repair function. Let it load and detect your install. You will need to repair your OS at least three times unless the reboot triggered by the repair gets you into your PC.

try to get a new dvd player? i've had two which didn't make it to far and it was really wierd when they broke
