Overclocking R9 390x

Hey was just wondering if its worth overclocking my graphics card?

 

And is there an auto way like how GPU boost is for Nvidia?

Crucial 8GB DESKTOP DDR3 1600Mhz x2  -  RAM

Samsung 850 EVO 250gb  -  SSD

Corsair 750W CS750M  -  Power Supply

NZXT N450 Noctis White  -  Case

one 1080p led and one 1080p LCD screen

A couple 2tb WD hardrives

No idea because it depends on the luck of the chip.

Yeah the silicon lottery plays a big factor in how far a chip can be overcolcked. I have 2 950s ftw editions and 1 can get me a 110mhz overcolcked while the other only 70. Hit or miss.

You might get 200mhz or you might get 50 MHz have to experiment and do a little research and see what others can get. Then find an average and start from there. No one saying you cant, just saying you can't expect to get the same overclock as the next person.
