Random black screen?

so I was playing rainbow six siege today and every 2 minutes or so, I'd get a black screen lasting for about a second, then it would come back to normal. It didn't happen with CS:go or with any normal non taxing task. So what do you guys think? GPU starting to fail? Corrupted game data?

Try running on fullscreen, if you already are, try running in windowed.
