Hello, Do you need a blu ray drive to play/install new pc games.

If you are installing from a disk and the disk is blue-ray then yes.

Nope not at all. Blu ray was never widerly adopted in pc's and thus they still use DVDs.

Yeah for games that dont have a physical copy. I live in Australia and its quicker to go out and buy a game rather then waiting a day for it to download.

They do in boxed games. But steam is mostly the easisted way now.
