So in short term, top tier or lower tier gpu?

Lower tier. Atleast for 1080p. 970 (lower tier) has way better price to performance ratio than 980ti (top tier).

I already ahve majority of these parts. The real concern with it is Graphics card. Im debating between the 980ti and Fury because of money. But other than that im pretty solid on what I have so far.

Just the Plain Fury, From Sapphire, not the Fury x lol

The Fury X is close to the 980 TI but the 980ti will destroy a regular Fury.

Don't you ever GPUBOSS again! ...
The 980 Ti is the better card. Period.

PSU is overkill. And why are you getting a water cooler for a CPU that can not be overclocked? Also the Kingston's SSDNow is one of the worst SSD's you could get.

But would the Fury be worth the price for 1080p gaming? THats all i'll probably be doing. Which is better concerning performance to price?

Got the psu because it was like $40 off at one point and it's got a 7 year warranty and more than enough power. And I didn't really think about the AIO,honestly it was a "ooo it has colors" thing tbh lol Adn can't the Non-k processors be overclocked on the ASrock and MSI boards? Please Correct me if i'm mistaken.

Fury is overkill for 1080p gaming. Also, since you're paying less it would make sense from a perspective of performance/$. Also, the Fury Nano is basically a Fury but shorter and it performs basically the same yet it costs much less. Also, change that SSD please.

I'll change the SSD, but what is wrong with the kingston? I was unaware of any current issues.

The Fury performance starts to really shine price to performance wise above 1080p. Seeing that your only at 1920x1080 makes the Fury X even worse of an option. The 980 Ti is pretty much euqla across resolutions in terms of price/performance. I hoep I wasn't to confusing. Ask me if you have any questions.

The Fury and the 980ti are overkill for 1080p. However overkill is not bad and a 980ti will perform amazingly at 1080p for a good bit of time to come.  Something like the R9 390 would be good for 1080p if you want to save some money.

So should i go with a lower tier card for 1080p?
