i got a mouse problem

so i have a problem with my mouse when i lift the mouse up the cursor moves around and when its on the mouse pad it stop. any ideas. got bad luck past few days my computer dieing and now this.

I have dyslexia plz be kind to me. dont like my post dont read it or respond thx

also i edit post alot because you no why...

oh i feel stupid it was just a hair on the laser problem solved haha
