it is, but it's not a good PSU. Get the EVGA GQ (same price and much, much better) instead.

My account is almost entirely dormant. Hope you all are having a grand time. Many years of fun were had here.

This is pretty much my suggestion. If you can afford a EVGA G1 650, you can afford the much better, barely semi modular successor.
