(Mionix) mouse mats | What would you get

GER_T4IGA

I am now thinking about replacing my old sharkoon mousepad with an actual deskmat. The problem is that I am not sure what to look for.
I am a mid sense player with a Mionix Naos 7000.
They recently came out with a new top-tear (at least price wise) deskmat/mousemat.
So at least from Mionix there are 3 mats to chose from but I am well awear that there are more. If you ever had the possibility to compare multiple mats, please tell me about it.

The cheapest is not waterproof/-repealent and only +20€ (beware I am buying in Germany). Thickness is 2mm: http://mionix.net/fallen-stars/sargas-900/

The second one is at least water repealent and marketed as easy to clean but I am ot sure if this could be acctually rated waterproof. This one is +30€. Thickness is 2.5mm: http://mionix.net/surface/sargas-xl/

This is the knew one. I like the plain design and pure rectangular shape.Thickness is 3mm and is the only one I know of (excluding the razer crap) available here that has stiched edges. The price is another 10 bucks more, so +40€: http://mionix.net/surface/alioth-xlarge/

I know that there are well know competitors like the steelseries QCK ones and so on but my question is basically: Do you think so much extra money is worth it? I mean if I dare I could even buy 2x the cheapest of the three for the same price as the most premium ... I am kind of stuck thought wise and there are not a lot of good mousemat reviews out there. Yes I know Linus' but that does not cover the right size pads.
