GTX 970 deal

So I have been looking to upgrade my Sapphire 7950 in my steam box, specs: i5 4690k/Z87 Gryphon/55" 1080p Sony TV 60Hz. I was set on MSI's R9 390 and was waiting for a good sale but I found this deal on a GTX 970

$279 after MIR and a copy of The Division. I definitely like the the game and MIR/price but the cooler is slightly questionable. Should I pull the trigger?

Its an ok card especially if you are saving $100 (seeing as you were going to buy the game)

It's really good for what i do i only run a Phenom II but it's a good balance at 1080P, i am upgrading altogether as soon as ZEN rears it's face to everyone.

 

I want to see what routes i will have from both camps.
