An odd Pickle

An odd Pickle so about 5 months ago I purchased a TitanX to go in my water cooled build. I built the machine and one of the the tubes came off when I was installing an LED strip. There was paper towel on the Gpu but som how the fluid go under the back plate and wrecked the card. "crap"  I got in contact with Nvidia to see if I could get the card fixed. Well I sent them the card and they sent me a brand new one WIN!!! but from the time I mailed off the gpu and recieved it back I had purchased a 980ti to replace it and it is sitting in the system working.  So now I have a Titan X just sitting here collecting dust. so should I keep the 980ti in the system and sell the titanx or drain the system swap the block back to the titan x and sell the 980ti? (note. the fluid is red and I would need to buy more if I swapped the block)

I was planning use the extra money on warping my Mercedes or building an HTPC

I would just sell the Titian X and do what ever you want with the money.

The TitanX has more resale value but the 980Ti is more sought after and therefore would sell quicker. Up to you.

Doesn't sound like you really 'need' the money.. so, keep the titan x for bragging rights, and use the 980ti in your htpc for even more bragging rights

I would use the Titan x in the htpc if anything because of the blower style cooler and because I don't really want to drain my loop any time soon
