if you already have windows installed on the 2tb seagate your can clone it to the ssd or reinstall windows onto the ssd

the Seagate SSHD drives use the Flash as a Cache you can't acces it or install things to it.

I miss read this as having a serpent ssd

The "ssd" portion of the SSHD is mainly a cache drive if i am not mistaken, and the OS or program that gets used the most will be stored onto that portion.
